Even people on staff that had no interaction with my purchase were courteous and kind. It is what we want in a car dealer that we often don't get! Most professional salesmen I've met I went to Columbia for the first time about three weeks ago to look at a truck I saw advertised online. My salesman (Matt), was very knowledgable of t I went to Columbia for the first time about three weeks ago to look at a truck I saw advertised online. My salesman (Matt), was very knowledgable of truck, and very polite. Unfortunately, it was a little out of my budget, and we were unable to make a sale. They were tenacious in trying to make the deal work, but were not pushy. When we weren't able to make the deal work, they understood. 3 weeks later, Ford offered better incentives and they called me, and said the truck was still available, and it might be in my price range. The sales manager (Chris), quoted me a price over the phone, honored the more then fair price they had earlier offered me for my trade. I went in the next day, and he honored the price he had quoted me, and was able to get me out of the door in the truck I wanted in a very timely manner. I was in and out of there in about 2 hours. In summary, the dealership was professional, polite, and honest. More
