From the time my wife and I were greeted upon entering the dealership through the completion of all the paperwork Columbia Ford has been top notch. Our salesman Steve Murphy was fabulous he listened to what we were looking for and never tried to push us in a different direction and ultimately came through with the right deal on the truck we were interested in. Eric Gates did our closeout paperwork quickly and never push us to take the typical last minute closing items as a courtesy he made us aware of our options at closing but that was it when we showed no interest in adding additional cost to the deal. I have bought over 6 New Fords since the last time I purchased a vehicle from Columbia Ford and I can honestly say they treat their customers better than most of the dealerships in Eastern Connecticut and hold a good inventory of vehicle choices. I currently plan to keep my business with Columbia Ford for my next Ford whenever that may be. More
