Good Deal I recently purchased a truck from Columbia Ford. This was my first visit to this dealership. I was very impressed with the relaxed atmosphere. When I first got there I wasn't quite sure what I wanted. My salesman Matt Milici was very professional putting up with my indecisiveness. Anyway I walked out of there with a great deal and I'm very happy with the truck. After a week I found a problem with the truck. I went back to the dealership today and talked to Matt and Chris Ledoux. They are going to fix the problem for me! This is the way it should be. Not forget about you after the sale. My wife will be looking to replace her vehicle in the fall. It's a little bit of a trip but we .will be back thanks! Bob Teslof More

I actually think of them as friends, I've dealt with a lot of dealers because I love to buy cars, this place feels like I'm hanging out with my friends. I was originally overwhelmed by the process because I just moved out of my parents house and the idea of spending every penny I had saved since I was 16 was daunting to say the least. My parents came with me to help because I don't really know much about cars. The days before I went to Columbia ford I had gone to other dealerships but I just didn't feel 100% comfortable and taken care of at any of them (honestly I was met with a lot of dealers who spoke down to me as if I was in infant). John Senick at Columbia Ford was nothing like that. He made me feel comfortable and well informed but also treated me with respect and acknowledged that I was the one ultimately making the decision. Not only that but John really did his very best to get me the best deal on a great car. He came back to me with an offer that was far better than any expectations I could have had and I simply couldn't refuse. He was great about working around my work schedule when coming to pick up the car. When dealing with the paperwork and finances Eric Gates was also very friendly and down to earth. I couldn't be happier with my 2011 Hyundai Elantra. In all I had a wonderful experience at Columbia Ford and I would encourage anyone to request John Senick when buying their next car.
