If I could give a ZERO I would. Third time dealing with Ghent regarding service problems/recall and yet I get placed on hold or hung up on twice now. And for the "Manager" not under Third time dealing with Ghent regarding service problems/recall and yet I get placed on hold or hung up on twice now. And for the "Manager" not understand my frustration is beyond infuriating. HORRIBLE place to go ever since Jamie left. Yet again Weld Country Garage has to step in and help us for the third time!! Worst experience trying to get my new car diagnosed. Service department wanted us to pay for a tire rotation and more when our car is A 2023 and under warranty. Had to go to Weld County Garage and they Service department wanted us to pay for a tire rotation and more when our car is A 2023 and under warranty. Had to go to Weld County Garage and they took us in same day and got it resolved under 30 minutes!! More
