Customer For Life After searching across MA and RI for a used car, I finally found one, at a fair price, from a dealership that respected me as a buyer! I contacted the After searching across MA and RI for a used car, I finally found one, at a fair price, from a dealership that respected me as a buyer! I contacted them first through cars.com and received a friendly email with information on the car I was interested in and other similar models. Later that week, I stopped by the dealership, where they handed me the keys for a test drive and invited me to tour the lot as I saw fit. This was the first great thing about SEMS: they didn't follow me around the lot, they didn't push me into looking at the newest models available or at anything out of my price range. They respected my time and priorities and let me compare the cars I wanted to look at. Test drive went well and I was ready for the negotiations. But to my surprise, the sales team didn't try to present me with crazy deals or push me into financing I couldn't afford or use predatory tactics to get me to sign. They offered me a fair price for my trade-in and let me ask questions throughout the process (yes, even the dumb ones). The sale was straightforward, clear, and again, respected my priorities and my time. I'm loving my new car and I highly recommend South Easton to anyone, especially if this is your first car purchase or first-time-in-a-long-time car search. They are respectable, reputable, and helpful beyond comparison. More
