She realized the car she was sitting in was hers when she dropped the sun visor and found her birthday card. For almost 20 years my family and friends have purchased vehicles from this dealer. This is the 49th vehicle and every car/truck looks like it came off a showroom floor. I have had my first truck since 2000 and its still running well. We don't go shopping for cars anymore. We were able to negotiate the price down to a bit, not enough to be a good price, not a great price. The dealership went out of their way to help us get the car checked out by our mechanic before buying (we were out of state at the time) and took care of all the Mass paperwork efficiently. We spotted a few small issues after buying the car, and they fixed them all up with no hassle, and even gave us a loaner car. When we had another small problem 2 weeks after our warranty expired, they also fixed that with no hassle and no charge. I had read other reviews to that affect, and it was really great that it was true for us! The dealership fees at $400 were a bit high, but we were willing to pay it for the right car, and in the end it worked out well since it saved us hassle and repairs. Well worth it and we are very happy with our car!! More

Even after the sale they were very eager to fix one issue ( a jingle that was making me nuts) . Called in the morning about it and they had us bring it right down, gave us a rental and had our car back to us a few hours later. We will be back to buy there again More

Even though I already had car insurance he recommended getting a second price from an agent they use who actually gave me a better deal than my current insurance.Everybody was super friendly and A pleasure to work with and I would totally buy another car from them again!!!!
