This shady dealership sold me a car they knew was broken. When I brought the car back two days later they admitted the car sounded like something was wrong with it. Told me to bring it back the following Fri When I brought the car back two days later they admitted the car sounded like something was wrong with it. Told me to bring it back the following Friday for repairs. It has now been 7 weeks and I still do not have the car that I purchased nor have they fixed the issue. They put me in a loner car that is not accommodating at all. It is extremely small and my three year old sons car seat takes over the entire back seat and there is no trunk space for my stroller. Ford does not care. Service from the sales team and the servicing team has been so awful I wish I could rate them a zero. This is coming from someone who NEVER makes negative reviews. I will be sure to tell everyone about my experience. More
