Absolutely horrible experience. They could not diagnose
the main problem, and then charged me 1400 for work that didn’t need to be done and did not fix the problem. Service manager said they would make it

They had an opportunity to keep me as a customer had they attempted to make the situation right. They now have a former customer who will never set foot in their business again, for service or any new car needs.

Your service manager offered the “earn your trust and business line” when I was dissatisfied at them charging me for what didn't need to be fixed. I gave you the opportunity to earn my trust back, and when I did, you tried to charge me $475 to install lift gate struts (that are $35 on Amazon). Unless you intend to refund my $1300 for unnecessary repairs, you’ll never earn my trust, much less my business. Drop the cheap sales lines and show some integrity in the way you conduct business. As a result I bought my wife a car from your competitor, Autonation Nissan.

I would like at the least for us to split the $230 for having to pay to replace the drive belt when they could have done that when replacing the alternator 3 days earlier.
What made me look at the belt after getting my truck back was a squeak coming from the belt. After I paid for the new belt that haven’t been change in over 10 yrs. the squeak was gone.

It wasn’t resolved, I had to $730 for a alternator and 3 days later had to pay $230 for a drive belt replacement which total $960.00.
I should have had to pay another $230 for a drive belt when it should have put on with the alternator.
Customer service was amazing. They are very courteous
