Your service manager offered the “earn your trust and business line” when I was dissatisfied at them charging me for what didn't need to be fixed. I gave you the opportunity to earn my trust back, and when I did, you tried to charge me $475 to install lift gate struts (that are $35 on Amazon). Unless you intend to refund my $1300 for unnecessary repairs, you’ll never earn my trust, much less my business. Drop the cheap sales lines and show some integrity in the way you conduct business. As a result I bought my wife a car from your competitor, Autonation Nissan.

I would like at the least for us to split the $230 for having to pay to replace the drive belt when they could have done that when replacing the alternator 3 days earlier. What made me look at the belt after getting my truck back was a squeak coming from the belt. After I paid for the new belt that haven’t been change in over 10 yrs. the squeak was gone.

It wasn’t resolved, I had to $730 for a alternator and 3 days later had to pay $230 for a drive belt replacement which total $960.00. I should have had to pay another $230 for a drive belt when it should have put on with the alternator.
