Eric Harrelson is the man to see . Real nice person. I went to couple other dealers and they were kind of xxxxxxx ,worse than me. So I looked up reviews and seen all good reviews for Eric. Eric did a great job. I drive past other Volkswagen dealerships to go to this one. They are friendly, helpful, and efficient. I've been known to avoid getting service on previous cars because I did not dealerships to go to this one. They are friendly, helpful, and efficient. The Dean Team got me in at the last minute and were professional and helpful. I mentioned to the service technician that I was considering buying out my lease and he immediately directed me to another professional and helpful. I mentioned to the service technician that I was considering buying out my lease and he immediately directed me to another Dean Team sales person who helped me quite a bit. He went thru all the pros and cons of buying out my lease versus buying a new Subaru. He was an excellent wealth of knowledge and even showed me how to work a problem I was having with my GPS. This is a very good dealership. More

Eric is a very helpful and friendly employee. I had a difficult experience which started with a failed inspection. My most recent visit for service was handled by Eric Harrelson, and he couldn't have been more competent or caring. Eric was very friendly upon my arrival. He had a technician pulling my car in the service area immediately to start the work, and after a long day it much appreciated. I purchased a 2010 Volkswagen Jetta Diesel sedan from Dean Team Ballwin. Sales experience was outstanding. As part of the purchase, all maintenance was included for the first few years, so I have been Dean Team Ballwin. Sales experience was outstanding. As part of the purchase, all maintenance was included for the first few years, so I have been taking my vehicle there for routine service. Have also had to take the vehicle back for a couple of unsecheduled repairs, including a timing belt that broke and an oil leak that proved to be very elusive. My first service visit was excellent. The next several visits - both for routine and unscheduled service - were less than excellent. In particular, the level of communication from Service Department was less than acceptable, and my confidence in them as a reliable service provider was pretty low. Not sure what was going on but it seemed they had lost some focus on customer service. I am very pleased to report that the last two service visits were much improved. In particular the last visit I would rate "5s" across the board. They even took care of a couple of recalls that I was unaware of (received notification via mail from Volkswagen about a week later). In all the last service visit exceeded my expectations, and as of the last encounter, they had increased my confidence back to where it was after the first service visit. More
