I'm one of those customers that despite a good or excellent experience at a dealership or wherever it may be, I typically do not take the time to write a review. This review is regarding my experience with salesman Eric Harris. Eric is not only a good guy, but he is very attentive to your needs. He listens, he suggests, he recommends, he responds, he cares. He truly wants each and everyone of his customers walking out the dealership, happy and satisfied. I know this sounds like a cliche when we hear a customer say, I'm not a person that is easily satisfied, but trust me, I'm not the easiest customer. What I mean by that is, I'm not easily convinced or persuaded in any thing I life. But in this experience buying a car at Crown Honda, and having Eric as my salesman, there really wasn't any persuasion or convincing needed. The honda brand speaks for itself, and Eric is just naturally good at what he does. And that is being honest, and listening to your customers needs and wants and delivering.
