I had a phenomenal, positive experience purchasing a new Audi Q5 PHEV at Audi Fort Lauderdale today. My salesperson, Steven Hughes, was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, patient (extremely patient) and po Audi Q5 PHEV at Audi Fort Lauderdale today. My salesperson, Steven Hughes, was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, patient (extremely patient) and positive throughout my visit. He showed and priced three different Q5's, was very familiar with the vehicle on the test drive, and was extremely tolerant and kind to my multitude of questions. After I received the number I was looking for, I sprung a trade in on him. When I received a disappointing first number, I showed him a Carmax offer I had received. Without batting an eyelash, he responded "let me see what I can do!". He came back with an offer beating Carmax. I pushed him for an additional $200 off the bottom line and, to my amazement, he came back to make the deal at my number. I got a phenomenal (really!) price on a great car! The service didn't stop there however... The F&I Manager, James, quickly processed the deal with no hard sales pressure for add-ons. To top it off, Steven delivered the vehicle in my driveway since the detailers weren't finished. He spent time with me going over all the vehicle's controls and details until I understood every aspect of the car. Huge thanks and appreciation to Steven Hughes, James Phillips, and Sales Manager, Steve Kincaid. I've owned and purchased 40 to 50 vehicles in my lifetime and these guys were the best of the best I've experienced. Utmost respect was received and is being returned. Thanks Audi of Fort Lauderdale!
