I flew almost 700 miles to look at the car, the day I flew i got a text if I wanted an lyft from the airport,didn't know if it would cost me or not, i said sure. They paid for the lyft ride. Everything was very easy uncomplicated and pleasant. Couldn't have had a better experience. I've bought alot of vehicles in my life used new expensive , inexpensive, must say this is probably one of the best or best experiences. In purchasing a vehicle it is important for me to research and feel good about the purchase I don't like to be rusched, pushed, or talked into something, a person or salesman that won't respect that will not get my business. Overall it was a good experience. The only issue I had was after I left and contacted Chase who I did financing with, they informed me that amount of financing sent to them was $45k, The only issue I had was after I left and contacted Chase who I did financing with, they informed me that amount of financing sent to them was $45k, instead of the $43k as stated in the contract. While it was quickly corrected, it did result in chase having to make a second (and unnecessary) hard inquiry on my credit for the corrected amount, which dropped my credit score down 18 points. Not the end of the world. I know. Mistakes happen. Regardless, I have gone to Audi FTL for a A3, two Q5s, and for this SQ5 and I would still come back to Audi FTL for my next Audi. Love that dealership. More
