Price was exceptional but communication for being an out of state buyer was horrendous after they received my money. Why do I have to keep calling the dealership to get the status of the vehicle instead of of state buyer was horrendous after they received my money. Found out 3x days after purchasing the vehicle that they didn’t have the wheels/tires. Purchased vehicle on the 5th and it shipped on the 23rd to me. More

There are three GMC dealers closer to my home, but Rivard is the only one that was transparent and extremely fair on pricing, and options. No trying to squirm out of it, no pushing it off on someone else. Just bought my second Hummer in two months... It was THAT good of an experience. More
