When you pick up Eric Koenigsberg knows his product (in this case a Mercedes ML 350) better than any other automobile salesman I have ever dealt with. When you pick up your new car, Eric will spend as much time reviewing the various systems of the car as you would like, and he knows every button, every switch, every light, and he's willing to impart that knowledge to you. He's very impressive in his knowledge of what Mercedes has done and is doing in the engineering world. Best of all, in my case the car was for my non-techno wife. Eric spent the better part of two days going over all aspects of the car (such as pairing her iPod with the audio system, setting the rise on the rear deck, syncing the garage door openers, etc.). Eric will never give the impression that he is too busy to attend to your immediate needs. He is just a pleasure to deal with. He makes buying a car a delightful experience. More
