Eric makes me feel comfortable. He knows more about his product, Mercedes cars, than any sales person I have dealt with from other dealers, EVER.! He spends whatever amount of time is necessary teaching m product, Mercedes cars, than any sales person I have dealt with from other dealers, EVER.! Eric always takes me for a test drive, then lets me take over the wheel, while constantly reviewing the selling points which make the sale possible.
