I have had the pleasure of working with Eric Koenigsberg on 3 occasions since 2007 on leasing Mercedes-Benz vehicles. My most recent lease agreement has been indeed the most rewarding. He is patient and ever interested in ensuring that my vehicle provides all of my needs and most, if not all, of my wants. At my last visit, I referred to him as "Eric, the magnificent" because of his expansive knowledge about the vehicles, his sensitivity to my evolving needs as a consumer, and his keen ability to 'make it all happen' almost seamlessly . My latest car purchase Jan 2012 (a 2010 MM550) from Eric Koenigsberg and RBM was hands down the most low stress and pleasurable car purchase ever. Eric is a consummate professional and a very fair sales person. My purchase price was equitable and substantially below where the car has been selling at auction online, there was no haggling involved whatsoever. For the first time ever the purchase of my Mercedes was as pleasurable an experience as driving one. I have since referrred a friend to Eric who needed a used C class, not a large ticket purchase, and Eric treated her every bit as fairly and respectfully as if she'd arrived to purchase a Maybach. I cannot recomment Eric and RBM enough. They are a class operation and as a sales person Eric the epitome of Mercedes style ~ impeccable, understated and gracious. More

I have known Eric for twelve years. I met Eric when my parents were picking up there car from RBM. I was not in the market for a car at the time but Eric spent time with me showing and explaining the lat parents were picking up there car from RBM. A year later I remembered the time Eric spent with me and I ordered my first Mercedes. Twelve years later and four cars later, Eric still makes every effort to make sure my experience is hassle free. I consider myself a "car guy" and feel that I'm informed on auto technologies and statistics but Eric truly has command of his Mercedes products. I cannot recommend Eric Koenigsberg highly enough for his professionalism. More

Eric is so thorough through every step of the process. We presented him with a big challenge with our last transaction in trading a car, turning in a leased car and leasing two new cars. It took jumping through some hoops but Eric was determined to make it work for everyone and we were very happy when we left. When we took delivery of the cars, he spent so much time with us making sure we knew how everything worked on each car and setting up our bluetooth, etc. What a great experience! And we love both of our new cars! More

When I arrived, it was as if I had seen him just yesterday. He remembered me and my family. It was like finding an old friend. He listened to my wants and needs, and we found the perfect car. The selection was plentiful; I knew exactly what I wanted; and it was there on the lot. Throughout the buying process, Eric was very professional and exceptionally helpful. The car has been exactly what I envisioned, and Eric has been there all along to help me learn all about the car's many features. Any time I have a question, I just call or email Eric, and he immediately responds with answers to my question. You cannot get any better than that before, during, or after the sale. This is my fourth M-B purchase and the last three have been with RBM and Eric. Though Mercedes is an outstanding automobile, the reason I continuously return is because of outstanding salesmanship and cu been with RBM and Eric. When/if he leaves/retires, my business will probably go elsewhere as well. (My first M-B purchase was with another local southside dealership. They did not earn my future business.) I have always liked and respected Eric and my wife made an intersting observation during our most recent purchase. She said the two of us were a lot alike. Maybe, but Eric is not only a good salesperson, but he is likeable as well. He also has an almost encyclopedic knowledge of all that is Mercedes, the company as well as the vehicles, past, present, and future. I have always had my vehicles by the dealership (no matter which brand I owned), and the service center at RBM is top notch as well. As long as Eric can provide my sales needs, I will return for any future M-B purchases. More
