This dealership "gets" customer service all the way from the sales to the service department. I have purchased 5 vehicles from RBM and have been overjoyed with each. Just one of my experiences occurred the day before a holiday and my car needed work before travel the following day, the dealership was swamped, booked several days out however the service manager quickly went into action and had my car in a bay within the hour. My technician, James Roberts was outstanding performing all the work quickly, I drove away within a couple hours on a day where any other dealership would have just said sorry, we are booked, RBM came to my rescue. I could not be happier with RBM and in particular my sales rep, Eric Koenigsburg, the service manager, Pam and my technician James Roberts. They all understand taking care of a customer, I'm sure the balance of employees at RBM deliver the same level of service I've experienced. If you get a chance, buy from RBM, it'll be the best car ownership experience you'll ever have. More

Eric Koenigsberg, simply put, is the best car salesman out there. We hadn't done business with RBM in over a decade, but I immediately called Eric when the time came to make a change -- he had taken care out there. Eric treated me as if I was family from the moment we reconnected on the phone. He was completely solicitous of my every need, from walking me through all the options, to squeezing every possible ounce of value INTO the transaction, to picking me up at my house on delivery day to bring me to RBM. The whole process was, without a doubt, the easiest and most enjoyable car-leasing experience I have had, bar none. More

My wife and I went to RBM and brought our sales person, Eric Koenigsberg quite a challenging problem. We had just bought an Infiniti, and within days knew we made a mistake of mammoth proportion. The wife allowed me to go to RBM to tell them our situation and get a quick rejection, but the moment Eric heard me describe our problem with a great deal of shame, he assured me that we could find a way out of it. Over two days of very hard work, Eric and the team at RBM were able to work up an extremely fair deal for a 2011 E350 that got us out of this car that we hated with minimal pain. Eric has been doing this for 20 years and it shows. He knows his product backwards and forwards and is a consummate professional. We were scared and uncomfortable and Eric helped us every step of the way. He has earned a life-long customer and we love the car! More

Eric Koeningsberg is the consummate professional. RBM of Atlanta is fabulous. We bought the CLK 5 years ago now, and I'm telling you it still looks and feels new.
