Service was good, it was tough to get a hold of Eric for a week or so but I don’t think it affected the repair much. We had to wait for a part to come in. Just wish service departments responded better to e a week or so but I don’t think it affected the repair much. We had to wait for a part to come in. I was in twice for the same tire that was flat a week apart and got charged both times, but I feel should've been caught the first time. Also valve stem cap wasn't put back on and when in for 2nd time I apart and got charged both times, but I feel should've been caught the first time. Also valve stem cap wasn't put back on and when in for 2nd time I asked for it to be put on and still it wasn't, but Eric did and I thank him!! When I left the repaired tire had 40 lbs pressure and other tires were around 30 lbs. I went back and eric fixed it again for me. It really concerns me that you have someone repairing tires that doesn't seem qualified More
