All of the service and repair staff were amazing! ! They are polite, they smile, they are honest. Our tailgate was stuck shut and all of our clothes and medications were in the back of the truck on ! My front grill needed to be replaced due to chipping. Eric and Matthews rep looked at the issue ordered the parts. When received appointment with in a week. Day of appointment a little hiccup with how lo Eric and Matthews rep looked at the issue ordered the parts. When received appointment with in a week. I was promised a new door handle and keys ,but they did not unlock my doors. Also promised that they would make the key unlock ignition butdid not deliver.
