Shortline and Rone made for a great car leasing experience. I was connected with Rone over the phone while doing research and he was extremely responsive to my questions via text before I made it into the dealership. He was also patient as we discussed different CX-5 models and saw me through the whole process. A great experience!
Rone and Erick sent to me e mail about CX-5 Mazdaand available vehicles a with prices. IAT the dealership experience was friendly. I felt at home. Introduction to the vehicle was perfect. Rone, Erick and sales manager on duty were very helpful to me in my making decesion to buy the vehicle.

They made the whole process so easy. A couple of emails, competitive price, and I went there at 8pm, got out at 9:15 with my new car. Rone assisted me in driving the car, and helped with the application. He is so friendly, honest and professional.
"Good until the sale, very bad after."
We agreed to purchase two new cars from Shortline. The prices were good. We were fairly happy with the process until the sales were made.
All of the information they requested "to make the sale go smoothly and quickly" was provided to them the week before. But on the scheduled day, it took over 6 hours.
After a lot of pressure, we agreed to purchase the additional insurance coverage on one of the vehicles. Later that same day we informed Shortline that we decided to cancel the coverage. We were told no problem and the cost of the coverage ($3,600) would be credited to the loan. It has been 6 weeks and they still have not done it. And now they need us to resubmit paperwork we submitted to them 6 week ago. They won't even tell me how that happened.
They also happily agreed to take our VW diesel car to a dealership a few minutes away for the scheduled buyback about 10 days later (we are from out of town and this saved us a lot of driving). They didn't do it. Evidently forgot or it was inconvenient. No one even called to let me know.
The same people that before the sale would quickly respond to calls, messages, texts and emails, immediately began ignoring all of them! The disregard of customer service, and even common courtesy, is almost unbelievable. Any savings in price was not worth this.
Shortline Mazda does not deserve your business.

Eric was great to deal with, and the manager worked with us to get to a price we can both agree on on our new Mazda 3. It was an easy experience, Eric didn't upsell us on anything and the negotiating process was easy and friendly. Upstairs, there were no last minute surprises and we actually got a fair deal at the end.
It was obvious that they are building a relationship, not just trying to force a sale. Even after the sale Eric kept in touch with us and made sure we are happy with the car. He was asking if we have any questions about the car and if there's anything else we need.
Overall, a very positive experience. Mazda made a friend in us thanks to the employees at Shortline Mazda!
