The more I talked to Eric, the more I felt like home, and he introduced me to his internet manager, Mr. Joe, who was showing me the lease summary and going over all details and questions that I have for him. Joe was so helpful and straightforward at explaining things and sharing some of his leasing car experiences which help me to make an easy decision on the lease. To Mr. Carlos finally helping me to complete the lease agreement and sign some paperworks with ease and fun conversations in between. It was such an easy, smooth, and quick process for me to lease the car. Everything was on point from start to end. Everyone is genuinely, professionally, and passionately doing their own jobs from the hearts, no xx in between and giving straightforward answers to any concerns that I had, just asking questions when in doubt! He was super patient as I walked the lot. He answered all of my questions, told me lots of details about the different trim packages, listened to me and what I wanted in a car. As the buyer, I felt quite informed with all of the different options. I visited him and the dealership three times to look around, test drive, and eventually make a purchase. I highly recommend Eric if you are looking for a Mazda. I know when the time comes for my kids' to get cars, we will be back looking for him to assist us in those purchases! More

The dealership and Eric Magana were exactly who I was looking for. Eric listened to me, respected me, and went out of his way to deliver my used Miata in like-new condition. He personally saw to it that two small imperfections were fixed, and that the car was detailed and serviced. When we got to delivery, he picked me up and took some pictures of me with my new-to-me car. Before I left, he made sure to introduce me to the manager of the service department. I was prepared to go through the negotiation process, but Huntington Beach Mazda's no-haggle policy coupled with its fair price made all that nonsense unnecessary. I highly recommend buying a Mazda (a great and too-often forgotten make), and especially buying it from Eric and Huntington Beach Mazda. This is my third Miata, and my best experience buying one. More
