No games or gimmicks I was having a hard time deciding between a Honda and a Mazda. When I went to the Mazda dealership, Eric Magana came out to greet me. He was very nice I was having a hard time deciding between a Honda and a Mazda. When I went to the Mazda dealership, Eric Magana came out to greet me. He was very nice and helpful and I could tell that he is passionate about his job. He was not pushy at all, which was great being a woman in my 30's, by myself, looking for a car. I left there with no pressure put on me. When I did go back in a few days later, I brought a few of my friends. Eric was very honest, patient, and nice to us all. When he did run my credit and figured out a payment plan, I was pleasantly surprised with the deal they were able to give me. It was below the price that was listed on truecar.com. Immediately my mind was made up, and there was no use to go back to Honda. He wanted to make sure that this process was fast and painless for me, and it was. I was out of there within an hour. Overall it was a great experience! More

At a lot of other dealers, I dealt with unprofessional, pushy, and unrealistic sales and management teams. You will not get any of this at HB Mazda. Eric, Michael and Bob (the manager) were my DREAM TEAM! These guys knew my price range, the car I wanted and what I was expecting for my trade in value! They made the deal I wanted over email and text, and I walked into the dealer, took a quick glance at the numbers again and was out the door with my new car in under an hour and a half!
