For Me, This Rating Is About More Than Omar Martinez Because There's A Lot Of xx Going On In That Dealership, And It Is DEFINITELY BIGGER THAN HIM!!! I Have Experienced Too Many Inconsistencies At MBOC, Because There's A Lot Of xx Going On In That Dealership, And It Is DEFINITELY BIGGER THAN HIM!!! I Have Experienced Too Many Inconsistencies At MBOC, Starting With Prices Charged For Services, And Being Overcharged For Products I Didn't Need In The First Place, But No One Wants To Talk About That, And, Don't Even Get Me Started On The Incomplete Service B I Was Charged The Full Amount For Back In May, After Dropping My Car Off Early In The Morning, Just To Come Back At The End Of The Day, To See My Car Sitting Off To The Side With The Windows Up, And Omar Had NOTHING To Do With That. You Get A Loaner Vehicle And Now Your Time Is MBOC's Time, While Your Pockets Are Being Pilfered, And I Am OVER IT!!! There Is An Inherent Lack Of Accountability And Professionalism And The Service Is Not Living Up To The Brand. I Have Been Subjected To Coming In To The Dealership, Then Returning Because Of Issues Created While My Car Was At The Dealership...I Have Yet To Experience A ONE AND DONE Situation At MBOC. I Also Believe Unwarranted Claims Have Been Made Against My Tire And Rim Coverage, And I Voiced This To The GM, Among Other Issues And WHY DID I EVEN BOTHER??? I Was Told He Would Research All Of My Services And Claims And Make Things Right For Me, But I Have Heard NOTHING Since, Even After Seeing Him For The Second Day In A Row That Week. My Car Was Towed Back To The Dealership Two Weeks Ago On Friday After Picking It Up The Day Before After Having My Tires Replaced. There Was Almost 10 Extra Lbs Of Air Put In My Tires, Yet Again, My Insurance Was Charged, This Time For 2 Tires. I Still Have Yet To Receive The Refund I Was Told Would Be In The Mail For The Towing Of My Vehicle To The Dealership Two Weeks Ago, And When I Emailed Orlando About It, Requesting That The Check Be Mailed To My PO BOX, Since It Was Going To Be 2-3 Weeks Before It Would Be Sent, Per His Words In His Email To Me, And I Was Told That "Unfortunately" The Check Had Been Mailed To My Physical Address, Which I Did Not Wish For...I Have Been Asking Since I Purchased My Car That ANY AND ALL CORRESPONDENCE From Merecedes Benz Be Sent To My PO BOX, And When I Let Orlando Know That Inconsistencies Are The Reason Why I Have A Hard Time Trusting Most Of The People At MBOC, He Had The Audacity To Come Across As If I Have Been "Supported" By His Team, While Being Hard To Please (in so many words), But Who Could Blame Me When People Are Constantly Lying, Stealing, And Manipulating Situations, And It's Not Just The Service Dept. All I Get From Orlando Is Meager Attempts To Explain Away The Issues And The Blatant Disrespect I Have Repeatedly Endured At MBOC. Even With My Last Two Visits, And This IS About Omar...The Day I Came In For The Two Front Tires, One With Two Bubbles On One Tire And Air Leaking From What I Believe Was The Air Valve On The Other, Which They Initially Tried To Pass Off As A Nail Until I Had To Go Back The Next Morning. And All Of A Sudden, The Rims 'Supposedly' Had Cracks In Them That I Could Not See, Especially With The Tires Still On The Rims...LIES!!! On Saturday, The Morning After I Had My Car Towed In To MBOC, My Phone Was Alerted At 8AM That My Doors Were Unlocked, So I Called At 8:30. I Got Nothing But The Run-Around All Morning And Afternoon. I Had Scheduled An Appt. Friday Evening As I Sat Stranded On The Palisades Parkway, And I Felt That Omar Was Purposely Holding Me Off As Retaliation For Our Clash A Week Prior, Claiming He Was Waiting For Authorization...I Saw The Time, Literally And Figuratively And I Ended Up Calling The Tire Ins. Co. And Got The Authorization Myself In 2 Minutes Then Connected A 3-Way Call For The Rep. To Speak To MBOC Directly...Disgraceful!!! Omar Needs To Check The Customers' Info Before He Speaks Because He Has A Tendency To Speak Inaccurately, Something I Have Experienced With Him Twice. There Are Some People At MBOC Who Need To Be Sent Out For Training. More

I took my leased GLE350 for service, while I was there, I inquired about if possible to save on monthly payments. I had the pleasure to chat with Eric, he was awesome! Very professional and super friendly, inquired about if possible to save on monthly payments. I had the pleasure to chat with Eric, he was awesome! Very professional and super friendly, he gave me options and explained everything in details. I end up with a new lease of an upgraded model, lower monthly payments, ended my previous lease with no fee, the manager even waived my service cost. All were done while I was waiting for my car. The finance manager Matt was great too! He answered my questions and recommended what's needed, gave my daughters teddy bears, which really made their day. Eric called me after I got home and told me that he was able to save me another $500 because I mentioned that I am a AAA member. Absolutely a very enjoyable experience! More
