My wife and I felt we were in great hands from the moment Madison greeted us. She was patient and offered options based around our wants and price range. Eric was a great sales rep. He made sure I didn’t leave without a car, even if it wasn’t the one I wanted. He was very pleasant and made my car buying experience excellent, and he made sure that he got me without a car, even if it wasn’t the one I wanted. He wasn’t trying to cheat me or get me into a car that was out of my price range. Eric was very genuine with a great personality. I definitely would buy another car from DCH Honda and I would definitely go back to Eric to get another car. I definitely would recommend people to go to DCH Honda for their next car. Also the finance guy Ray was great as well. Ray and Eric both worked together to make sure my finance need were met and I had the best protection on my car. Even though I left with a different car than intended, I am very pleased and satisfied with the car I did end up leaving with. Thank you again Eric and Ray for the great and amazing services you guys provided to me at your dealership. More
