My lease was only a year old from this dealership when in this horrible icy winter we have had, I had an accident which totaled out my little Soul. I think I met Jeff maybe 6 or 7 years ago. Just prior to meeting Jeff, I had visited a Honda dealership and my experience there was -I'll just say, the sales staff made me feel uncomfortable. He was amazingly professional and compassionate towards me and my situation. He was determined to help me, and he did. I "purchased" my first KIA at Luther Kia. Three years later, I came back and requested that Jeff help me again to lease my first Nissan. Again, Jeff was professional, friendly, informative, patient, and polite, which is why..... three years later, I chose to work with Jeff a third time to "lease" my second Nissan. Besides the cars being great, Jeff is the biggest reason that I keep doing business with Luther Kia. More

Stephen Cornell was absolutely terrific to work with. I would give him 10 stars out of 5!! However, the trade in value I felt was too low and the pressure and force towards pushing an extended warranty was would give him 10 stars out of 5!! Nissan Luther Kia was more than welcoming when I walked into their doors. Everyone smiled/said hi, and it made the company feel very friendly/welcoming. My personal sales person (Yer Sumner) was very helpful and understanding of my personal needs and worked with me to brainstorm an option that would work for me. She went out of her way to make sure I understood every part of the process. She was respectful and not too pushy. My financial adviser (Erick Gieves*) was also very helpful. Because my personal needs were a little bit more complicated he worked diligently to see what was the best option he could give me that still worked in my favor. Everyone at this company goes above and beyond to make the customer feel comfortable and as though they are part of the family. Thanks Luther Kia! More

I had the best experience working with these gentlemen, and trust me it was a hard getting me out of my truck that i still owed money on. Now 3 years later, ready for a trade, I made a call to Jeff, who again was willing to accommodate my hours, he set up a 9am appointment for me the next day (Saturday) and by 1pm the same day I was driving away in my new vehicle.
