Great dealership and Salesperson I was overly pleased with the amount of attention to my needs and concerns were when I visited the dealership. My salesperson Erich went above and bey I was overly pleased with the amount of attention to my needs and concerns were when I visited the dealership. My salesperson Erich went above and beyond securing the best deal for me. This is my 10 Dodge/Ram since 1995. My first from Krystal. This place seems to always have the best selection with the options others don’t. Most importantly there about selling cars that people want and not talked into. This dealership ship out shined compared to their competitors. The salesperson even took care of my questions after hours. Looking for a new or used vehicle trust me take the drive or whatever it takes well worth the trip. More

I purchased the vehicl Today I took delivery of my 2018 Dodge Challenger T/A from Krystal CJDR in Watrensberg, NY. The whole experience was excellent. I purchased the vehicle over the telephone. I made an offer under the advertised price and, after a little effort on Eric’s part I was able to purchase the vehicle at the price I offered. Delivery went smoothly with no problems. My two sons each also have a Challenger and both were purchased from different dealers. They both agreed that my experience was by far the best dealer experience out of all three purchases.
