Eric is very professional and very knowledgeable at his job. I met him a while ago in the Dunkin Donuts across the street from the dealership while visiting to get an oil change on a previous vehicle, at t job. I met him a while ago in the Dunkin Donuts across the street from the dealership while visiting to get an oil change on a previous vehicle, at the time I didn't know he was employed at Philips but in conversation I complemented him on his shoes. When returning to the dealership that's when I saw him and told him that when I'm in the market for a new vehicle, I will come and see him in keeping my word and in appreciation of his professionalism, I did just that.
