My recent car buying experience at Ed Martin Toyota was amazing. While other dealerships are charging insane market adjustments and surprise fees, Ed Martin Toyota was upfront about pricing and did not ch amazing. Once the vehicle was available, I was able to place a small deposit to secure purchase of the vehicle. Working with Justin Masters was a refreshing change from my recent other experiences at other dealerships. Justin was very professional, easy to work with, replied promptly with my texts/emails and was extremely helpful throughout my vehicle purchase. Justin kept me updated on the vehicle shipment, arrival, and ultimately the final date of availability/pick up. I have always had a great service experience with Ed Martin Toyota with my other vehicles, but this buying experience really convinced me that Ed Martin Toyota was doing its best to keep customers long term and doing its best to keep its loyal Toyota customers to the brand. Ben did a great job for us. This is fourth vehicle we have purchased here in last 5 or 6 years. If I had to quibble it would have been with trade in evaluation. 27,000 miles on our trade, in perfect condition yet used car evaluator said something to the effect of needed tires(which were nearly new),and rust. They also mentioned something about mechanical of which there was zero mechanical issues. The truck had zero rust. I mentioned this and it was adjusted for but lead me to believe no one took a very good look. They said condition was in average shape when it looked brand new: the floor mats were still in plastic wrapper from new. More
