We have been looking for a Toyota Sienna for close to a year, but it has been a vehicle that was hard to find for the price and miles we were looking for. I called the dealership and spoke with Eric and they had a car we were interested in. He encouraged us to come in and check it out. I swung by and Ben happened to be going inside the same time I was, so he was the one to take care of us. It was a fairly easy process. We test drove the car, we found a small issue and they took care of it before we signed the contract. Justo was the last person we dealt with and he was really personable and good at his job. From start to finish I can attest this was the easiest and smoothest process I've ever had buying a car. Maybe it helped that I knew what I wanted, but I feel like I was dealing with knowledgeable and competent people. I would deal with Ed Martin Toyota again. Great car buying experience. More

This is an outstanding dealership. Staff here is attentive, courteous and professional in interaction with customers. He first gained an idea as to what my wife was looking for. He then steered her to floor and lot inventory where she found the exact vehicle with the options and color she desired. The deal was negotiated and sealed. Due to a personal situation developing because of our relocation from Arizona the dealership worked magnificently to let us drive the car off the lot. At no time was there pressure to deal or buy. Our time was respected and allowed to be used to make the deal happen. I look forward to a long relationship with Ed Martin Toyota. More
