Precision Acura is by far the best dealership. Excellent staff, courteous and definitely not pushy like most others. Today, I purchased two new cars from Precision Acura of Princeton. I traded two late model cars from a competitor because the customer service from this dealer is exceptional in both sales and service. Whi Princeton. While I liked the other brand of cars, the dealer experience left much to be desired. I should know after years of car buying that the vehicle itself is not enough to enjoy. The quality of customer care at the dealer before, during, and post sale is paramount to making the ownership experience truly positive, and Precision Acura consistently exceeds my expectations. Eric Sebar, the General Sales Manager, stayed on top of my vehicle order and kept me informed of its progress. Michael in finance was very easy to deal with and presented options in a low pressure and well informed manner. Kevin my sales person was on top of everything and made the delivery processes easy. I highly recommend this dealer for all they do! More
