I felt that with my experience Eric Thompson was more about getting the sale than working for his customer. Mike Thomas, Rick Campola and another salesman Nick were more helpful and willing to work for t about getting the sale than working for his customer. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Kept screeing around, not responding back,lying to me me, making excuses, no contact for 3 days at the end of the month until the price went up $1500. Ganley is a great place to lease or purchase a vehicle.
