Disappointing. I asked for more details on the car’s included options and they suggested I contact the local MB dealership for the information. Any dealer can find a facsimile of the window sticker for included options and they suggested I contact the local MB dealership for the information. This was something I never thought I would ever do, purchase a car sight unseen 100's of miles away off the internet. Fortunately I came in contact with Eric on the phone. After many phone calls and te purchase a car sight unseen 100's of miles away off the internet. Fortunately I came in contact with Eric on the phone. After many phone calls and texts, I gained complete trust and confidence in Eric. Not once did I ever feel like I was being pressured to buy a car, in fact all the talk about purchasing the car I wanted was initiated with me. Eric, who sometimes was off and not even working, responded almost immediately to any question I had and never in a way that made me feel like I was bothering him. He was always upfront and honest with his answers. While everyone I spoke to there was extremely polite and pleasant, Eric was the one who sold me first on this dealership, and then the car. Well I have the car now and after all is said and done, I would highly recommend this dealership and if at all possible see Eric. Would be 15 stars if offered !!! More

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Kept screeing around, not responding back,lying to me me, making excuses, no contact for 3 days at the end of the month until the price went up $1500.
