Unique Experience I had been looking for something unique for quite some time when I spotted a particularly unique car in Eric's inventory. I drove three-ish hours from mid state PA just to get a look at it. Ended up loving it and purchasing it day of. Since the first phone call, Eric was very helpful in the purchasing process and kept me informed on the status of the vehicle throughout the week. The atmosphere at the dealership was energetic and welcoming. I also felt like my purchase was treated with respect, regardless of me being twenty something. Which in my experience has been uncommon. After speaking with Kaitlyn on the phone, I decided to make the trip and now I'm very grateful I did. I got a better price on my new truck than anyone in the Cleveland area could offer me and the customer service I received was exceptional. After we agreed on a deal, I had an urgent matter come up which required me to leave for work. Eric and Mike were very sensitive to my schedule, and got me out of there quicker than I thought possible. They had the truck cleaned, gassed up, and my paperwork processed in no-time. I'm was very pleased with the product knowledge and appreciation shown to me during my visit and look forward to working with them again in the future. He called me back promptly and gave me his overview of the vehicle. I called back and made an offer and they countered. We negotiated a price and they agreed. I drove out that day and met Eric,he pulled the car around where I could see all the features. The car was excellent and the General manager went the extra mile and made arrangements that night for my current Hyundai lease to be dropped off by them to a Hyundai dealer so I could drive the car home. Also, I financed the car there as well because they beat my credit union rate as well. I finished the deal with Bob Kukwa in financing and he explained my options to a tee. More
