I came here for an oil change because they have a $59 coupon. The other 2 Honda dealerships I usually go to (Eatontown and Old Bridge), charge $79. While I waited for 2 hours, this Honda bought some sub coupon. The other 2 Honda dealerships I usually go to (Eatontown and Old Bridge), charge $79. Service was prompt, through and considered my input. I was given an approximate wait time for the service to be completed which turned out to be fairly accurate. The bill was a bit higher than anticip I was given an approximate wait time for the service to be completed which turned out to be fairly accurate. I have brought my car in 3 times for the same issue and it hasn’t gotten resolved. In addition, I had to call up to check in my car and when I received it it was covered in sap all over my car with bugs an it hasn’t gotten resolved. In addition, I had to call up to check in my car and when I received it it was covered in sap all over my car with bugs and tree branches. I had to take my car to the car wash and get it detailed. Not happy More
