We went only for a key to be copied. We were told it would take up to one hour. It took two and a half hours. Apparently the machine for making the keys was broken but it would have been We were told it would take up to one hour. It took two and a half hours. I made an appointment for 9am and dropped my car off to be ready early so I didn’t have to sit around all day. I continued to call about my car throughout the day, I called about 3 times. Finally at around be ready early so I didn’t have to sit around all day. I continued to call about my car throughout the day, I called about 3 times. Finally at around 3:30 pm……6.5 hours later, my car was ready. When I came in to pick it up I asked why it took so long, the advisor told me to bring my car in and wait because they get those cars done faster since it’s more emergent, when I drop it off they’ll take all day to work on my car. That’s never happened to me at a service dealer before. They always get the appointment done first and the walk ins in between. More
