I visited the service dept to have a recall item taken care of on my Accord. When I first stepped into the service area, nobody approached me for several minutes. Then, Eric assisted me even though he had care of on my Accord. When I first stepped into the service area, nobody approached me for several minutes. Went in for an oil change and came out with a new vehicle. Turned out there were more issues than just an oil change needed. Salesman worked with us to get a good deal on a new 2021. Oil Change was completed fast and with care. Picking up car was very easy. The only thing was car was parked too close to another one in parking lot I had to climb through the back in order to get in. No car was very easy.
