When I called, the service dept. scheduled my car at 4:30pm. When I arrived at Freehold, the attendant told that the scheduler should know better cause the mechanic is leaving at 5 pm and there was 2 mo 4:30pm. When I arrived at Freehold, the attendant told that the scheduler should know better cause the mechanic is leaving at 5 pm and there was 2 more cars ahead of me. So I went home and did another time. Professional and courteous service representatives. Work was done properly and explained future service needs. The dealership was clean as was my vehicle when returned to me. He was very prompt to reply my phone calls messages if he is no representative based on my last two service and repair appointments experiences.
