Eric was excellent. He was very professional and helpful. I would ask for him again. Turned out I just needed a oil change and in a couple of months I need my 90000 checkup. Will def ask for him. Outstanding service provided by both Eric & Brian L of PDI. However, whilst I was 30 minutes early for my 10.00 am appointment it was very disappointing that it was 12.30 pm before I left the Dealership PDI. However, whilst I was 30 minutes early for my 10.00 am appointment it was very disappointing that it was 12.30 pm before I left the Dealership following a simple 1st vehicle service of an oil change & tire rotation. When I called, the service dept. scheduled my car at 4:30pm. When I arrived at Freehold, the attendant told that the scheduler should know better cause the mechanic is leaving at 5 pm and there was 2 mo 4:30pm. When I arrived at Freehold, the attendant told that the scheduler should know better cause the mechanic is leaving at 5 pm and there was 2 more cars ahead of me. So I went home and did another time. Professional and courteous service representatives. Work was done properly and explained future service needs. The dealership was clean as was my vehicle when returned to me.
