Ridiculous wait time to get your car in for problems that are covered under warranty and the same problem occurred repeatedly. Never able to use a loaner vehicle after purchasing a 60k + vehicle. There is no reason to discuss this further. I traded in that lemon and bought a new Volvo from Mitchell Volvo of Simsbury. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I will never purchase or derive a Volvo at Secor Volvo again.
