I was there for a 100,000 mile service on my XC60 on September 1. Julie was wonderful when she met with me more than once to discuss issues that needed to be dealt with. I felt she was very honest with me about what items were more urgent than others, and she gave me many options. She offered me a loaner car for the night so that I didn't have to make a trip back the following day when a necessary replacement part was expected to be received. Having the loaner car was greatly appreciated! She even took the time to take photos of the part that needed to be replaced (which was broken and rusted) and emailed them to me that afternoon to show me the severity of the issue. Julie is top notch! The waiting area and bathroom are spotless, and everyone I dealt with was friendly and efficient as always. More

I was met be a service attendant pretty quickly and asked to fill out a covid health form, they discussed why I was there. I have always been treated so wonderfully at this dealership. They are friendly, accommodating, caring, group of people. My car went recently, it had to be brought in on a flatbed as it would ha dealership. They are friendly, accommodating, caring, group of people. My car went recently, it had to be brought in on a flatbed as it would have damaged it to drive it in it's condition. I was able to drop if off on their off hours, and leave the key in the drop box. After working on it they discovered it need a part that was not available right now with everything that is going on with getting new parts - especially for a 1999 Saab. They took the time to locate a used one for me - as a girl can't be without her convertible during the summer! She was fixed and we are back on the road with the wind blowing through my air! All because they found a way to make it happen!! Thank you so very much! More
