Super friendly and accommodating. If I had one complaint, it would be regarding my warrantee. I’ve been a customer of theirs before, and they never have in my record that I have one. We were in the midst of a 3-1/2 hour drive to CT when I heard a whining noise like the wheel bearing was going, so I called Secor, our service center while we lived in CT.
