Great service The service was very friendly, they answered all my questions. The only thing i wasn't happy about was they didn't clean my car. I was happy about getting a letter from several finance companys even though I already had my finance. More

Recall I have an XC60 that I THANKFULLY leased. It went in for a recall and a check to be sure all is working well!! It randomly slams on the breaks. I was I have an XC60 that I THANKFULLY leased. It went in for a recall and a check to be sure all is working well!! It randomly slams on the breaks. I was called and told at 13k miles it needs new tires and break pads. I explained how it randomly slams on the breaks they then decided to see if it needed updates and it magically needed them!!! I bought my first XC90 from them with a very pleasant outcome, this car has been a completely dissatisfying experience. I fear for the next owner as it will eventually cause an accident. The day to return this vehicle cannot come soon enough!!! More

As always, excellent, friendly service Normal, routine service is always excellent. This time it were two problems covered by Volvo which required a couple of days in the shop. Now I know why Charlie is willing to spring for the rental. After driving the Nissan, I would always pick a Volvo....or even better if I did not live on a rutted dirt road, a Lotus. More

Secor has been exceptional to work with on maintenence, identifying the c Have been a customer of Secor for 15+ years with XC90 that has 200k+ miles. Secor has been exceptional to work with on maintenence, identifying the critical repairs and deferring those that can be to a later date. Have always found Eric Weiss the Operations Director and Nick Rose to be very reasonable. Nick in particular is one of the most even tempered service associates anywhere...and that’s not a job most people could survive more than a few days. Obviously Secor has good ownership and management. More

Last of free 3 yrs of service First we got the best car we have ever had. I am 64, & my wife is 78...so that is saying something! But then to only need a service once a year com First we got the best car we have ever had. I am 64, & my wife is 78...so that is saying something! But then to only need a service once a year compared to the old days of every 4-6 months is really awesome! But then to have been able to but this 2016 XC-70 at 0% interest, and all these services are free is something that is truly extraordinary. It has felt like we won the lottery with every aspect of the Volvo, Secor sales, & service dealership. The cherry on top of everything I have already said is you also washed & vacuumed the car with services! WOW!!! We have told and shown our car to many hundreds of our friends & family how wonderful this experience has been! Thank you so much! More
