Initial "joining phase" was disappointing, as I had made an appointment via the web, but the front desk was not aware of the appointment when I arrived. Had a couple of issues with the transaction, but Warner worked with us to resolve. Low-pressure environment. Took about an hour to complete the paperwork, which is typical in my experience. More

I had purchased my first 2 Mazdas from other dealers - my experience with Werner buying my 3rd Mazda was hands down the best! I worked with Cameron. I had taken my previous Mazda to Werner's service department, so I already know the service department is top notch too.
