The Werner dealership offers a relaxed comfortable atmosphere. The certified pre-owned CX5 that we were looking at had just come in and had not gone through the used vehicle recondition process yet. T atmosphere. The certified pre-owned CX5 that we were looking at had just come in and had not gone through the used vehicle recondition process yet. The car had issues that we were told would be addressed in order for it to meet the certified used vehicle criteria. The tires were worn, there was a scratch on the top of the passenger side rear door, there was a dent in the bottom of the lift back and there was a large hole/break in the top of the rear bumper. Our salesperson indicated that all of these issues would be corrected before the car was delivered to us. At the time of delivery the tires had been replaced, touch-up paint had been applied to the scratch on the door, the dent in the lift back had been repaired, and the rear bumper appeared to have been replaced. They had installed a black guard on the top of the bumper. We purchased the car. Once home, we discovered that the bumper had not been replaced. The dealership had installed the black bumper guard to cover and conceal it's damage. I called the dealership's manager and expressed our concern over this with him. He said that their service manager would call and set up a time to replace the bumper. The service manager called and scheduled a time, gave us a loaner, and had the bumper replaced. The service manager was very supportive and communicative through the repair process, though, we never received an apology for them not initially replacing the bumper as they had indicated they would. Due to their deceptive practice, our trust in the dealership has been compromised. We went into the Werner dealership wanting to trust them, and to have an ongoing trusting relationship with them, at this point we don't. During this process I noticed that after driving the 312 miles, the coolant expansion tank was almost empty. The service manager could not explain why the level was low but, they performed a cooling system pressure test which tested as good. I will continur to monitor the coolant expansion tank level. Overall, our experience with Werner was very stressful. We did not come away feeling excited about such an important and expensive purchase. I would hesitate to recommend the Werner dealership for the purchase of a certified used Mazda. More

Just got my first Mazda and I couldn’t be happier! My entire experience was great. It was easy, quick and painless! The new dealership location is fantastic and really shows how luxurious Mazda is.
