Was taken advance of because they knew I was in a need of a car immediately with a certain color. Was given a price of 29k for a cx50 that had a $595 color upgrade and when I told them I want a stock black a car immediately with a certain color. I would not recommend working with this dealership, especially if you are having them process the registration. There is a 7 day grace period if you live in MA and despite consistent efforts to reach t especially if you are having them process the registration. There is a 7 day grace period if you live in MA and despite consistent efforts to reach the dealership, I wasn’t getting any real information on the status of my registration. On day 6 I ended up calling the RMV to find out the registration was declined and the dealer never communicated that. The dealer also reassured me I had 7 business days, rather than 7 calendar days to get registered and inspected, which was incorrect information. They reassured me they resubmitted an application on day 6. On day 7 I started getting ticketed due to lack of inspection and the person handling the registrations was nowhere to be found. While the salesperson was really nice, the person handling registrations is completely irresponsible and has put me in a position where it is illegal to both drive and street park my car with no end in sight and complete unresponsiveness. More

This was a great experience for buying my first car that was pre-owned. David was super helpful and took the time to fully explain each feature about the car that I was looking at and some more that aren’t was pre-owned. He even took the time to sit down with me and help set up my car insurance and tried his best to answer any questions that I had. The process was very smooth and was not stressful at all.
