Lindsay Foley and particularly Erica/Cortnee Jones were fantastic, impressive, personable, professional, knowledgeable, helpful, etc, etc, etc. you are fortunate to have them working for you. However, I di fantastic, impressive, personable, professional, knowledgeable, helpful, etc, etc, etc. you are fortunate to have them working for you. However, I did not like the initial pricing I received. I felt like they were trying to take advantage of me, charging extra for items included in the MRSP and otherwise inflating the price. I felt they treated me like a fool and I lost confidence in the dealership and their integrity. But I liked the car, the convenience they offered and, after comparison shopping, was ultimately satisfied with the revised, lower price I was offered. I also felt the lengthy video and process I had to go through to 'check out' wasted my time, tried my patience and was a sales pitch I was forced to listen to for products I did not want. I'm suspect your lawyers are satisfied and you make a lot of money off of these products, but after agreeing to spend $37,000 at your dealership, I was extremely disappointed as I left the dealership. More
