My heat stopped working. They were booked but worked me in that day because, well, it’s cold and no heat is a problem. Turns out a $&@“*%# squirrel put a walnut from my walnut tree in the area next to the radiator and it put a hole in my radiator. 🤦🏼♀️ Thanks, I wasn’t using that $2200 anyway. The car was ready within two days! I had a loaner, so no problems at all. Again, the service was top notch. Could not be better. Every time I deal with this dealership - nail in tire, squirrels - their service is polite, professional and fast. It’s the best dealership experience I’ve ever had.10/10 would recommend More

Hi, I was at MINI of St Louis for a safety recall: a seal around the sunroof of the model that had caused extensive damage to my onboard computers, $1800 to have them both replaced at my own expense, only to around the sunroof of the model that had caused extensive damage to my onboard computers, $1800 to have them both replaced at my own expense, only to have one of the computers go down *again* because of the same sunroof seal issue. I brought my Cooper in for the recall—I may have been mistaken in my apprehension that the recall was also for the corrosion &c. that took place in the floorboard computers as a result of the leaky seal over time. The seal was fixed and I was given a lovely loaner for the week my Cooper was in service. Everyone I interacted with at the dealership was welcoming, hospitable, and polite. Why I am not giving the service a higher rating is because only the bare minimum was delivered. They replaced the seal, no more: no word was given about the collateral damage done by this design flaw, no discussion of the remaining blown-out floorboard computer or my stereo which is inoperable because of this leak, so I guess I am going to have to replace those myself (again). However I was given a very detailed and thorough safety inspection cataloging all the mechanical repairs the dealership could do on my senior car. Now I am receiving text messages reminding me of same. I would give the dealership higher than average *** if they had done more than the bare minimum required. Fewer than three stars is not meeting expectations, more is for exceeding expectations, for those grace notes. More

Woke up to a punctured tire. With no appointment I dropped off my vehicle and it was fixed same day. The service techs went out of their way as they already had a full schedule. I love my Mini, but what really makes ownership exceptional is the service I receive. I recently had an unexpected issue occur with my 2017 Clubman.
