I received WAY better service at my Hyundai dealership on a vehicle that cost half as much. My brand new Cooper had an issue with the paint being foggy on the driver’s door, there was a scratch on the dashbo a vehicle that cost half as much. My brand new Cooper had an issue with the paint being foggy on the driver’s door, there was a scratch on the dashboard and the digital panel on the driver’s side has weird spots on it. I asked. Never resolved. Never called back. One of the seatbelt buckles in the back is pretty much unusable - I’m told deal with it, nothing to be done. I’ll talk to someone and call you. No call. And when I bring my car in for service, the front floor mats get vacuumed. That’s it. Not the floor. Not the rear floor mats. I suppose I was spoiled. Hyundai not only vacuumed ALL of the mats, but the car too…AND ran my car through the car wash. Who just vacuums the front floor mats??? That’s not a service, it’s just tacky. Additionally, they recommended having my tires/brakes replaced at 25,000 miles…and since I didn’t replace the tires at my last visit when they recommended it, I agreed. Only after to realize that’s insane! I have 25,000 miles on the car and there was 4mm+ on the tires…and they advised replacing them at my last oil change, when I had significantly less miles on them! Apparently it only takes $1,000 for me to realize I’m an idiot and they will likely recommend new tires, new brakes and new windshield wipers at every visit. Lesson learned. Moving forward I will do better research before agreeing to anything, or just find somewhere else to service my vehicle where perhaps my ignorance and trust will not be quite so taken advantage of. Do better. More

Very friendly and helpful. Explained everything and how long it would take. Gave us a loaner car and told us to enjoy ourselves and even gave us lunch spot recommendations.
