Scheduled windshield replacement at mini for the purpose of expert recalibration and was told it wasn’t necessary unless “we had problems. I don’t want problems. It’s a long drive back to the dealership, but only ten minute drive to glass company. At check in I confirmed that a recalibration would be done. I also asked for winter floor mats, she wrote it on the ticket, also asked for the same at the time we bought the mini, they were to be ordered. Never happened. More

I love MINI St. Louis. Our battery died in the cold weather and even though they were booked solid they got us in and had the battery changed in just a couple of ho Louis.
