Never once were we pressured and we were accommodated the entire time, they even gave my 7 years old an adorable Lexus stuffed plush doggie. We test drive one vehicle and I fell in LOVE! Lance was so helpful, knowledgeable, and we were never pushed into doing anything. We left that afternoon because of a time restraint, but filled out an online app and Lance called me first thing Monday to let me know my car was ready. Vy was not the original person I talked with, however, he did a great job with all the final details. Everything was explained clearly and he was able to answer any questions I had. We still had to wait longer than I would have liked for all the paperwork, but I would still recommend this dealership. More
