Work was done ok they overpriced the window motor and when they replaced it they scratched up my window switch panels , I say if ur going to charge that amount of money at least do it carefully so nothin when they replaced it they scratched up my window switch panels , I say if ur going to charge that amount of money at least do it carefully so nothing else gets damaged in the process , I came back to the dealership and Deuce ransome was quick to respond to me and said that he would order me new panels and take a look at a light that came on the dashboard , he made me feel better knowing that he would take care of me More

My original service writer, Dave had to leave due to illness, but he made sure to follow up the next day. Ericka picked up the slack, and was excellent. I wish there could have been a smoother transitio illness, but he made sure to follow up the next day. Ericka picked up the slack, and was excellent. I wish there could have been a smoother transition after Dave left, and wished I had been called with an update earlier. All in all though, a positive experience. More
