I contacted Ericka Miller about specific truck I wanted and she was very a responsive and helpful. I went in to see her at Nimnicht and the team including Andrew in Finance was helpful and speedy. It's unusual to associate the words, HONESTY, INTEGRITY, and COMPASSION with a car dealership. The people at Nimnicht have all that and more. Ericka at internet sales, Eddie with Finance, and Nick who gets and COMPASSION with a car dealership. The people at Nimnicht have all that and more. Ericka at internet sales, Eddie with Finance, and Nick who gets the cars ready were fantastic people who really care about their customers and any issues that a customer might have. I'm an old guy and I have never dealt with car sales people who were really concerned with their customer ! I will always go to Nimnicht first even though I'm 150 miles away.
