It's sad in this day and age that a woman shopping for a truck meets with at worst, disdain and best indifference. I have owned trucks for 40 years. Sam was extremly knowledgeable, respectful. Listened to all my questions and fully answered everyone without assuming he needed to speak either very slowly or loudly to this older woman. Over the years I have purchased several vehicles and I can count on one hand the number of times I left the dealership feeling great about both the product and the buying experience. This was one of those rare experiences. Can't recommend more highly the Ridgeline, the dealership (Wilde Honda), business office, or Sam ! More
