He twice went the extra mile and cared if we got our loaded Honda Ridgeline RTL-E. He knew in advance and shared patiently all the functions of the buttons, bells, and whistles. He showed us how to get out phones to talk to CarPlay and patiently walked us through the steps and answered our questions.
